I’m a Product Design Leader and UX Researcher based in Austin.

I design digital systems for complex products across healthcare, fintech, and enterprise software. With 14+ years of experience, I specialize in simplifying messy workflows, clarifying requirements, and building scalable design systems that help teams move with confidence.

My work spans global site design, native apps, and multi-platform tools. I’ve led UX strategy for products like the Realized Digital Advice Tool and contributed to early-stage platforms through research, prototyping, and system development. I focus on clarity, collaboration, and aligning user needs with business goals.

In addition to my design work, I’ve supported healthcare providers as a pharmaceutical sales representative. Working directly with clinicians and patients gave me a deeper understanding of real-world healthcare workflows, regulatory constraints, and how people make decisions under pressure. That experience strengthens the way I communicate, present ideas, and advocate for the user.
